Your Role as a CNA: • Assist residents with daily living activities (eating, bathing, ambulation, positioning, and more). • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the charge nurse. • Record vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately. • Help ensure residents always look and feel their best. • Provide care with kindness, respect, patience, and cheerfulness. • Embody our core values: community, compassion, dignity, integrity, quality, teamwork, and trust.
