Position Scope and Purpose: To produce, inspect and package product per supplied specifications and instructions. Perform mold press operations to support production floor. Shifts available are 12 hour shifts: A/C Crew 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, B/D Crew 6:00 pm - 6:00 am. Key Accountabilities / Essential Functions: • Perform mold press operations to support production floor. • Responsible for reading, understanding and following work instructions. • Inspect parts and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor and/or QA and Technical staff. • Regular attendance. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Other Position Duties: • Maintain efficiency, housekeeping, safety and GMP's. • Monitor machinery/equipment operation to detect problems. • Measure, weigh or count materials and product. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • The ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand, speak and read English. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work well in a team environment. Physical Requirements: • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. • Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Fingering, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, and Hearing.
