This is not a traditional retail role — you will oversee a diverse product mix including apparel, licensed merchandise, premium brands, and specialty retail. Qualifications • 2+ years of retail leadership experience required • Multi-category or high-volume retail experience preferred • Strong merchandising and inventory management skills • Proven ability to lead and develop teams Physical Requirements • Standing/walking for extended periods • Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally DAY SHIFT SCHEDULE 6 AM - 2 PM
