Responsibilities As an RN at Burnett Extended Care Center, you’ll join a brand-new 154-bed transitional care facility. Purpose-built to serve patients transitioning from hospital to home, Burnett includes specialized units — Memory Care, Long-Term Care and Transitional Care — that focus on quality, comfort and continuity of care.
