Kia of Des Moines is seeking an Entry Level Service Advisor who will provide our customers with exceptional service and has knowledge of automobiles. Kia makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance. Responsibilities: • Meet with customers and determine their needs for general maintenance work • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations • Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions • Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times • Oversee and participate in quality control Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 Annually Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions • Must be at least 18 years old to apply • Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record • Will submit to a drug and background screening Benefits: • 1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year) • 12 days Paid Time Off (after 6 months) • Health, Visions, and Dental Insurance • Tenure!
