Key Responsibilities: • Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards • Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components • Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation • Test systems post-installation, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments • Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance guidance • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols • Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC vocational training preferred) • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices • Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals • Skilled in using hand and power tools • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail • Strong communication and customer service skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits: • Company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniform • Medical, prescription, dental, vision, group life, HSA, and matching 401(k) • Ongoing training, development, and growth opportunities • Paid holidays, vacation, and training • Competitive salary with bonus potential • Supportive, team-driven work environment • Employee discounts on Reimer services and products Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000 annually Ready to take the next step in your trades career?
