Responsibilities What We’re Looking For: • A licensed or certified Dental Assistant in New Mexico (DANB or Radiology Certificate) • Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person! • A friendly, patient, and upbeat personality that helps kids feel at ease. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • A passion for providing excellent care in a team-driven environment. Your Role: • Prepare patients and assist the dentist during procedures. • Educate kids and parents about oral health and hygiene. • Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe workspace. • Help ensure each visit is a positive and comfortable experience.
