Good Things You Can Count On. • Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote / 3 in‑office • Predictable hours (no nights, weekends, or holidays) • Competitive pay + generous PTO • Medical, dental & vision starting day one • 401(k), tuition reimbursement & longevity bonuses Responsibilities What You Will Do: • Manage a caseload of post-settlement California workers' compensation claims. • Process medical bills, legal updates, and claim-related workflow within established deadlines. • Resolve EDI, ISO, reserve, and other claim alerts. • Coordinate coverage for lien hearings and legal proceedings. • Negotiate and resolve medical liens with providers and lien claimants. • Partner with defense counsel to develop and execute lien resolution strategies. • Evaluate lien matters and recommend appropriate settlement or litigation approaches. • Track lien savings and report results to Claims leadership. • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to support favorable lien outcomes. Qualifications What We're Looking For: • Direct experience handling and resolving California workers' compensation liens. • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and manage litigation-related activities. • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred. Salary $24.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good‐faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. This role may be based out of one of the following locations: Wilkes‑Barre, PA or Scottsdale, AZ.
