Admissions Specialist / Patient Access Representative — Sharonville, OH DeCoach Recovery Centre is a leading addiction treatment center providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals with substance use disorders. About the Role We're hiring a Patient Access Representative for our Sharonville location (Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm). This role is often the first voice someone hears when reaching out for help — guiding clients and families through the admissions process, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported from the very first call. What You'll Do Client Engagement • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and referral sources • Conduct initial screenings to determine the appropriate level of care • Explain DeCoach's services, treatment options, and admissions process clearly and accurately Admissions Coordination • Manage documentation, insurance verification, and pre-authorizations • Partner with clinical, medical, and outreach teams for a smooth intake-to-admission transition • Keep admissions records accurate and compliant Communication & Collaboration • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients, families, and referral sources • Work with the outreach team on lead follow-up and conversion • Coordinate with clinical and medical staff on assessments and intake scheduling Education & Support • Help clients and families understand the recovery process and available resources • Provide calm, informed support during a difficult and often emotional time • Contribute to informational materials about DeCoach's programs Data & Reporting • Track admissions metrics — conversion rates, referral sources, demographics • Spot trends and flag opportunities to improve the admissions process • Participate in team meetings on process and performance What You Bring • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in admissions, customer service, or similar — healthcare or addiction treatment background preferred • Familiarity with addiction recovery and treatment processes a plus • Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients and families with professionalism and empathy • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR software experience a plus Schedule Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Company-Matched 401(k) Plan • Company-Paid Life Insurance • Tuition Reimbursement • Yearly Merit Raises • Opportunities for Advancement 11:00am-7:30pm
