Overview Scrum Master Onsite 5 Days a Week in Washington D.C. Active Top Secret Clearance Required Responsibilities • Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices • Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals. Identify and work to mitigate impediments • Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective • Guide the team in estimating the team’s work • Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality, flow, and velocity • Identify functional requirements and create user stories • Test developed stories and ensure application quality • Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials • Assist with data mapping Requirements • Minimum 5 years of work experience (including internships) • Clear written communication and documentation skills • Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team • Agile Project Management Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA • Application/software requirements gathering experience Education/Certification Requirements • A Bachelor's degree is required Clearance Requirements • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.
