Ensures completeness of record before patient office visit and reports missing information to appropriate office staff • Sorts, files, and collates a variety of medical record information • Files and retrieves medical records by alphabet in accordance with established color-coded filing system and predetermined priorities; researches lost or missing records in accordance with established procedures • Assembles patient medical record as required • Corresponds via phone, email, and fax Compensation: • Most candidates will start within the first quartile of the pay range • Rates are commensurate with experience EEO Statement: Dent Neurologic Institute is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
