Haley Toyota Richmond is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This individual must have a proven track record in a high-volume store and be extremely goal oriented. Job Responsibilities: • Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Finance department, including CIT schedule, funding delays, DMV Issues and missing paperwork. • Ability to train and effectively teach all sales associates F&I products and how to properly endorse them. • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. • Ensure that all dealership policies and processes are followed at all times. • Assists in setting aggressive yet realistic goals and objectives for the finance team and provides them the support necessary for the department meet those goals.
