• One-on-one mentoring from experienced claims professionals and regular milestone assessments with trainer and coach support

• Continuous learning journey provided for enhancing Casualty skills

How the milestone-based progression works
• You’ll advance by completing a sequence of competency milestones (knowledge assessments, demonstrated task performance, quality reviews) rather than strict calendar time
• Typical milestones include coverage & liability evaluations, reserves setting, independent file management, negotiation simulations, and compliance/ethics checkpoints
• The program is flexible: apprentices who demonstrate competency early can complete the program in ~6 months; others may take up to 12 months to meet all milestones
