Work and Perks As a General Manager in Training (GMIT) you will partner with the restaurant’s current Executive General Manager or General Manager to help with the overall direction, profitability, and operation of the restaurant. A GMIT is a positive, enthusiastic, and experienced General Manager who drives Operational Excellence and provides outstanding Guest Satisfaction and Execution. This opportunity is for a leader with at least 5 years of previous restaurant General Manager experience.
