We are looking for compassionate, patient, and energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Nursing Department. We are currently offering: Full-time or Part-time schedules or PRN options for LPNs. Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities: • Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented. • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
