What You’ll Need: • 1+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, construction, trades, or a related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate). • Outgoing, customer-focused personality with the ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Comfort discussing recommended services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners. • Desire to learn and develop technical and sales skills in a residential service environment. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. • Must be 21 or older • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
