What you NEED:• Must be 21 or older. • At least five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.• Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record. • Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately. • Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills. • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions. • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
