Why Join This Team: • Weekly Pay + Paid Training • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • Health Savings Account • Short & Long Term Disability • Company Paid Life Insurance • PTO including vacation and holiday • Matching 401(k) + ROTH IRA • Company Truck, Gas Card, Tablet, and Uniform • On-going training & development plus growth opportunities What you will do: • Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems • Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints • Inspect, diagnose and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures • Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers • Follow national electrical code, and state and local building regulations • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan • Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance • This role requires up to 80% travel in the field turning over jobs, 20% inspecting/quality control while meeting county inspectors. You must have these things: • Must hold a NC Electrical license. • 2+ years of Electrical Service experience is preferred. • Authorized to work in the US • Must be 21 or older • A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record. • Ability to pass background and drug test. • Service Titan knowledge a plus • Good communication and listening skills • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. • Physical dexterity.
