Overview Cummings Electrical is hiring for a Production Supervisor for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. Responsibilities • Establish and maintain a positive, engaged team • Train and develop team members to align with production needs and business flexibility requirements • Clearly define and communicate expectations • Establish and improve workflow for a variety of products; setting standards and regularly following up on standardized processes • Have the managerial courage to hold team accountable to operational goals • Utilize the Tiered Meeting process to track and analyze key operational metrics and implement actions to improve operational performance • Direct day-to-day activities in respective departments, including manpower movement, job assignments, time/attendance/vacation data • Communicate with respective departments on subjects relating to policy problem resolution, department objectives and quality issues • Control and manage overtime, tool and other budgets within current guidelines • Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews and other administrative needs in a timely and accurate manner • Understand the prioritization of hundreds of incoming workorders and the fluidity of changing customer demands Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
