What We’re Looking For: • Perform residential HVAC duct cleaning services with attention to detail and safety. • Assist HVAC installation team with equipment setup and job site preparation. • Deliver 5-star service and maintain strong customer relationships. • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. • Document job details and service summaries in ServiceTitan. What You Will Bring: • No prior HVAC experience required, but an interest to start a career in the trades • Great customer service and communication skills. • Willingness to work as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
