Go-kart attendants must help our guests create unforgettable moments by delivering excellent guest service while following safety standards. Must also be able to meet the following criteria: Essential Duties: • Follow all General Operating Procedures • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for go-karts • Effectively communicate with guests in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication, and body language • Follow directions of designated Controller on duty • Meet the expectations addressed in the 4-Wheels • Lift, run, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods of time • Successfully demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures for go-karts Conditions and Environments: • Work with multiple crew members in a collaborative and positive manner • Work outside in hot and cold weather Evaluation of Performance and Employment: • Evaluated regularly through assessment of above requirements.
