The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, strive for high-quality services, and have some experience with estimates, bids, and subcontractors. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position based out of Lewiston, with required daily travel throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties with use of a company vehicle. Maine State Licensed Energy Auditor or BPI Building Analyst certification is preferred; asbestos, lead & radon training is helpful. Must have a valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance.
