Key Responsibilities: • Table Maintenance: • Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and glasses promptly and efficiently after guests leave. • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next guests. • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed. • Dining Room Cleanliness: • Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining room. • Keep service stations stocked with supplies, such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments. • Remove trash and clean up spills immediately to ensure a safe environment. • Support to Waitstaff: • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary. • Refill water glasses and assist guests with any requests during their meal. • Communicate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow.
