What You’ll Do: • Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders. • Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff. • Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities as needed. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.
