Job Summary – Production Baker •Knowledge of scratch baking •Ability to perform bench duties ( pastry, cookies, dough ) •Ability to read production recipes •Ability to use rack ovens •Maintain cleaning and sanitation * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor ** Must be able to work Evening hours ** Must have experience ** Must be at least 18 years old Physical Demands: • Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty. • Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of time. • Work safely around ovens. • Lift, push, and/or pull bakery ingredients/items up to 25 pounds. • Ability to wear company-provided uniform, and maintain a clean and groomed appearance.
