Unique Opportunity This position begins prior to the community's Fall 2026 Grand Opening, allowing you to help launch one of Calera's newest luxury apartment communities. As a founding team member, you will: • Welcome the very first prospects and residents to the community. • Help build occupancy from the ground up. • Develop relationships with local employers, businesses, and community partners. • Participate in marketing events, grand opening activities, and outreach efforts. • Help establish the customer service experience that will define the community for years to come. • Position Summary The Leasing Professional serves as the first impression of the community. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, generating leases, assisting residents, and supporting the Community Manager in achieving occupancy and retention goals. Essential Responsibilities • Greet prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Conduct engaging property tours that showcase the community's features and lifestyle. • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases. • Process rental applications and lease documents accurately. • Assist with resident move-ins, renewals, and resident events. • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. • Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market conditions. • Support community marketing efforts and outreach initiatives. • Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model apartment. • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents. Qualifications • Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred. • Strong sales and relationship-building skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Yardi is a plus. • Weekend availability as needed.
