Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential | Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly Join CCARC and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. As a DSP, you’ll provide hands-on support while helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. Schedule: • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly Responsibilities: • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities • Assist with meals, medications, hygiene, and household routines • Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement • Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and recreational activities • Maintain documentation and communicate with team members and families • Help create a safe, positive, and supportive home environment Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation • Ability to complete required trainings (CPR, PMT, Medication Certification, etc.) • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Why Join CCARC? • Meaningful and rewarding work • Consistent full-time overnight schedule • Paid training and certification opportunities • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to positively impact lives every day No experience?
