Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties 1Conduct internal investigation and handle investigations of government administrative agencies 2Prepare and review contracts, policies or memos as directed by General Counsel, including NDAs, joint development agreements and purchase and sales agreements with 3rd parties. 3Advise on internal clients regarding employment, OSHA related, legal compliance and other issues as directed by General Counsel. 4Manage outside counsel as may be delegated by General Counsel 5Manage and/or handle investigations of internal complaints such as harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation. 6 Assist General Counsel in managing litigation and pre-litigation disputes 7Other duties as assigned by General Counsel 8Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time IⅤ.
