Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, even in a volunteer capacity. Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the team to ensure high-quality product delivery. • Participate in training sessions to learn effective team management and conflict resolution techniques. • Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to enhance productivity. • Collaborate with senior supervisors to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the team is meeting those expectations.
