JOB DESCRIPTION AV Set-up GENERAL PURPOSE: The AV Set-up reports to the Team Leader. Responsible for meeting production and maintenance requirements. Complete work orders generated by manufacturing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Perform machine repairs, adjustments and tooling changes • TPM machines • Inspection and problem solving • Material handling • Prepare paperwork for department • Complete mold changes in appropriate times • Other duties as assigned by Group Leader • Work with Group Leader and management to continually improve the function and operation of equipment • Work with maintenance on TPM activities • Prepare Standards for proper TPM activities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to use hands to finger dexterity. The Associate frequently is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk and/or hear. The Associate is occasionally required to sit, climb and balance. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally. Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, and reach occasionally. WORK ENVIRONMENT: • While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; extreme heat; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. • Associates at all levels must maintain their Roles and Responsibilities as outlined within SRK-OH’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO9001 and ISO 14001. This should include any specialized knowledge and expertise applicable to the job. • High School Degree or GED • One or more years of working in a manufacturing environment • Ability to work in a team environment • High level of mechanical aptitude
