We are seeking a Business Process Support (BPS) team member to provide leadership and support within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring production processes run smoothly, quality standards are maintained, and associates have the support they need to succeed. What You'll Do • Support daily manufacturing operations across multiple work centers. • Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are met. • Provide guidance, training, coaching, and support to manufacturing associates. • Monitor and enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices. • Assign work and coordinate activities to keep production flowing efficiently. • Assist with problem-solving, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain effective communication between teams and departments. • Support adherence to Centro's quality system and manufacturing processes. What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Manufacturing experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members. • Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
