Why Join Centro? • Competitive salary • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Bonus opportunities • Career growth and advancement opportunities • Opportunity to make a significant impact on plant performance and reliability What You'll Do • Lead preventive and reactive maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities • Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability • Supervise and develop maintenance team members • Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects • Manage maintenance planning, parts inventory, and contractor relationships • Drive safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with production teams to support operational success What We're Looking For • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Previous leadership or supervisory experience • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and preventive maintenance systems • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading electrical schematics • PLC experience preferred • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement • Strong problem-solving and communication skills Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
