As we are preparing to open the doors to Charleston’s newest luxury destination, we are seeking experienced and motivated Guest Service Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for an outgoing and hospitable individual with a commitment to excellence in both hospitality and guest experience. JOB OVERVIEW The Guest Service Agent plays a key role in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. As the first point of contact, the Guest Service Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving guest inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Guest Service Agent is responsible for front desk responsibilities at the hotel. This involves attending to guest needs and following standard operating procedures within the Property Management System.
