The MT works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store. We have an opening for a Part Time Manager In Training at our Orlando International Premium Outlets (Orlando, FL) location. QUALIFICATIONS: • One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (Post-Secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus). • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations. • Ability to coordinate activities of others. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • One year specialty apparel retail management experience required. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance. • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that others follow suit. Maximize profitability through excellent customer service. Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards. • Contribute to a positive team environment in the store. Keep associates focused on achieving store and person goals. Recognize associate successes and help boost store morale. • Process customer transactions and other register functions while adhering to company cash handling policies.
