MSRC is seeking a full-time mechanical engineer to support a variety of activities in the DEVCOM AvMC S3I Prototype Integration Facility (PIF). Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide project management and technical integration for Army aviation efforts throughout the acquisition life cycle. • Support the integration and test of sensors and payloads for Army aviation platforms. • Assess materiel performance and historical quality issues. • Support program and technical reviews. • Define and implement technical solutions to meet performance requirements. • Travel to test sites as required. Education: • Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited college or university. Job Qualifications: • Candidate must have 2 years of experience in a technical working environment. • Candidate must have electrical cable assembly and test experience. • Candidate must have experience with precision, microscope assisted soldering techniques. • Python programming experience is a plus. Additional Requirements: • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. • Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance. Position is contingent upon funding.
