You would be responsible for assuring quality standards for all Baker’s Crust Bagel menu items, validating and packaging orders for dine-in customers, to-go customers and delivery orders. You would also maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and positive, team-oriented work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior guest service. Expediter Responsibilities: • Follow all Baker’s Crust Bagel procedures and standards. • Validate accuracy of orders and food preparation following Baker’s Crust Bagel quality standards while following health and safety guidelines. • Safely operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment. • Set up, restock, organize, clean and maintain work-space. • Perform other assigned duties from the management. • Engage with guests when appropriate with a positive and hospitable attitude. Expediter Requirements: • Attention to detail in all aspects of preparation, execution. • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal. • Ability to listen and communicate effectively. • Maintain proper uniform standards and a hospitable, positive attitude. • Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces. • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
