You would be responsible for all operations in a fast-casual restaurant, including marketing, catering, team scheduling, sales goals, and results. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and positive, team-oriented work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior guest service. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): • Responsible for some financial (cash handling, submitting invoices, reporting results, etc.) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties. • Assisting in food prep responsibilities when appropriate. • Establishing and maintaining appropriate staffing levels; maintaining personnel files; developing staff. • Checking and maintaining all service areas for proper set-up and cleanliness; maintaining proper supply and inventory levels. • Possessing full knowledge of prep and menu items and being able to make recommendations. • Assisting the Manager. Requirements: • High School graduate or equivalent required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager preferred $19-23/hour!
