What You'll Do • Administer medications and treatments. • Monitor health conditions, vital signs, and documentation. • Respond to medical concerns and emergencies. • Support physician appointments and follow physician orders. • Train and support staff on health-related needs. • Participate in Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and interdisciplinary team meetings. • Assist with daily living needs when necessary. • Help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the individuals we serve. What You'll Need • Active Tennessee LPN License. • Valid driver's license. • BLS Certification within 30 days of hire (training available). • PCM Certification within 60 days of hire (training available). • Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
