As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll build meaningful relationships, support daily activities, and make a positive impact every single day. What You'll Do • Provide hands-on support with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living activities. • Teach and encourage independence and life skills. • Coach, mentor, and advocate for the individuals we support. • Create a safe, positive, and welcoming home environment. • Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings. • Document progress and work closely with a supportive team.
