ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: • Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role. • Always wears the proper PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines. • Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or toll if he/she has not been trained to operate. • Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan. • Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer. • Sets and moves steel rings when instructed and as necessary. • Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately. • Follows the manufacturing process based on the production line (pipes or boxes). • Assists with the concrete finishing duties, when necessary, as repairing and patching concrete pipes and boxes. • Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team. EDUCATION • High school diploma or GED preferred. EXPERIENCE • Experience in construction or manufacturing desired 5am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and select Saturdays
