How you'll make an impact • Facilitate Structured On-the-Job Training (S-OJT) to accelerate skill development and employee proficiency. • Deliver hands-on training sessions using adult learning principles and best practices. • Lead and support training-related projects that align with operational and business goals. • Develop and maintain Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs), training guides, and learning materials. • Monitor training progress and support accountability for learning outcomes. • Partner with supervisors and team leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes, tools, and documentation. • Provide on-the-floor coaching and support to ensure successful integration of training into daily operations. Your background • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. • Experience delivering training, coaching, or workforce development programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies. • Experience creating training documentation, work instructions, or process-based learning materials. • Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and influence positive learning outcomes.
