An RN at Silver Hill Hospital is responsible for the following tasks and duties: • The assessment of patients throughout hospitalization. • The identification of patient problems. • Participating in the plan of care. • Implementing and evaluating the interventions to meet the patient's needs. • Providing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
