Style Crest is seeking a dependable and hardworking Delivery & Warehouse Associate (Non-CDL) to join our Indianapolis team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, stays active throughout the day, and is comfortable splitting their time between warehouse responsibilities and local customer deliveries. You will load and unload products, prepare customer orders, support inventory and general warehouse operations, and drive a company vehicle to make deliveries. Heavy lifting and the safe handling of large or heavy products are essential functions of this position. Responsibilities: • Perform hands-on warehouse work, including moving, loading, unloading, and organizing products • Frequently lift, carry, load, and unload heavy and bulky products weighing up to 100 lbs. • Load company vehicles and help ensure products are properly secured for deliver • Drive a company truck to make local customer deliveries; no CDL required • Manually unload products at customer locations • Assist customers with pickups, returns, and damaged products • Support inventory counts and cycle counts • Work with store and distribution staff to route and properly load deliveries • Collect customer payments for delivered products when required • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and warehouse areas • Assist with other warehouse, delivery, and distribution duties as assigned.
