The purpose of this position is to facilitate the safe and timely transportation/delivery of Beck’s Hybrids products. Job Requirements Education and Training: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Attend a multi-week onboarding, training, and check-ride program of instruction at the Beck’s Hybrids Atlanta Headquarters. Experience and Certification(s): • CDL with manual transmission endorsement • Desired but not required, a minimum of (5) years CDL or equivalent experience • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck’s automobile insurance policy. • This is a safety-sensitive position. • At least 21 years of age or older • Must have oversize load hauling experience Physical demands: • Must be able to pass DOT physical examination and obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate. • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted. • Willing and able to work outside in various climates, geographic locations, and weather conditions. • Willing and able to work a minimum 45-hour work week and overtime when required. Expectations • Willing to conduct long haul / overnight tasks as required. This position has the potential to require 3 nights away from home during certain periods of the seed year.
