Position Summary: Bad Boy Mowers is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal components used in the production of our commercial and residential mowers. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend metal parts according to blueprint specifications. • Select the proper tooling and make any necessary machine adjustments. • Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality. • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. • Perform routine machine maintenance and report any issues to maintenance or supervisors. • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. • Assist with other fabrication tasks or departments as needed. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar fabrication equipment preferred. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. • Basic math and mechanical aptitude. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to lift and stand for long periods. • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
