(GPHA) is presently seeking a full-time Purchasing Manager. Requirements: • Valid drivers license. • Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum of three (3) years experience in purchasing/procurement inventory control, systems and procedures. • Ability to work harmoniously with personnel. Must possess good professional ethics, tact, and courtesy in dealing with vendors. Qualified candidates must be proficient in: • Purchasing, inventory control, vendor selection, and emergency procurement support. • Staff supervision, scheduling, cross‑training, performance oversight, establishing department procedures, and managing departmental goals and projects. • Accurate recordkeeping, financial stewardship of resources, reporting key cost or pricing changes, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting GPHA’s mission and operational standards.
