ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Complete all aspects of the installation: • Follow up on any aspects outside of the normal scope of work with the proper departments to obtain customer satisfaction. • Complete status (service) reports, expense reports every week, and technical documentation as needed. • Maintain excellent customer relations and follow through on customer issues. • Maintain excellent coworker and manager relations. • Complete other required internal paperwork (Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, Purchase Requisitions, etc.) • Regular travel. • Provide feedback to the manager on any machine and customer issues that require further action. • Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the corporate environmental, health and safety program. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: • Area and Regional Service Managers SUBORDINATE STAFF: • None SKILLS: • Mechanical systems • Electrical systems • Hydraulic systems • Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope. • Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Excellent relational skills (with customers, coworkers (senior and junior), and management). • Ability to work harmoniously with others. • Ability to accept and follow instructions; able to follow the chain of command. • Ability to support a positive, "can-do" attitude. • Ability to work alone and without direct supervision. • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be initiative-taking. • Thorough and pays attention to detail.
