POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the coordination and development of banking activities, ensuring a full range of private banking services are provided to high net-worth individuals. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Establishes relationships to provide for their financial needs. • Ensures quality customer service on assigned accounts. • Analyzes credit and financial information of customers as a basis for recommending other financial services. • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • Ten (10) or more years lending experience strongly preferred, preferably with two (2) years in business lending. • Strong relationship management skills. • Strong sales and proactive calling skills. • Great verbal and written communication skills. • Strong PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential. • Highly motivated. • Professional demeanor. • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to network with bankers in developing new business opportunities. EDUCATION Bachelors Degree preferred.
