What You’ll Do: As an Industrial Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production and warehouse environments clean, safe, and running efficiently. This role is hands-on and physical, and includes: • Cleaning production equipment, machines, floors, and high-traffic work areas • Maintaining cleanliness in the roasting room, dry storage, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas • Removing trash, scrubbing floors, and supporting facility sanitation needs • Climbing ladders and operating lifts to clean overhead areas — sometimes up to 40 feet • Helping wherever needed to ensure a clean, safe, and organized production facility This is a physical role that keeps you moving throughout the day.
