• Cleans offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas as assigned. • Moves furniture before and after cleaning. • Cleans, dusts, mops, strips, and waxes floors. • Cleans or shampoos carpets. • Pressure washes outside areas. • Labels floor chemicals correctly. • Cleans, maintains, and stores equipment and PPE proficiently. • Keeps an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties. • Reports maintenance issues to supervisor. • Assists with the hazardous waste collection as requested by the client. • Other duties as assigned. • Demonstrates a strong work ethic to function at a high level, independently while managing multiple projects. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, assertive, and a proven track record in exceeding objectives. • Must have an eye for detail • Knowledge of safety rules and regulations • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Must be able to work flexible hours • Spanish required
